Barcelona Ballon d'Or player rankings announced

Robert Lewandowski was the highest-ranked player in the men's division, while Aitana Bonmatí won the women's division.

FC Barcelona has won two awards at the 2023 Ballon d'Or Awards and was shortlisted for several other awards.

Catalonia won the Best Women's Team award, while Aitana Bonmati won the Best Women's Player award.

Salma Paralluelo (3rd), Fridolina Rolfö (4th), Patricia Guijarro (8th), Mapi León (16th) and Asisat Oshoala (20th) also rounded out the top 30.

Among the men's players, Barcelona legend Lionel Messi won a record eighth Ballon d'Or. However, among active players, Robert Lewandowski ranks highest. He finished 12th, while Ilkay Gündoğan finished 14th.

Pedri finished third in the Copa Cup (Best Young Player), Garvey finished fifth and Alejandro Balde finished seventh.

Marc-Andre ter Stegen was nominated for the Yashin Cup (Best Goalkeeper) but did not finish in the top three.
